UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE VIA ORDER CONFIRMATION OR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION; MOST ready orders without made to order processing times are processed on business days (Monday-Friday), ready to ship items will ship within 3-8 business days. During peak periods processing times may extend. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

International orders are shipped via USPS.

THERE MAY BE DUTIES AND TAX FEES UPON DELIVERY.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

We strongly suggest using added insurance at a low cost to prevent any shipping mishaps. If you do not utilize package protection AT CHECKOUT, we are not able to assist with your lost package inquiry. No exceptions.

The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims or correspondence with the shipping carrier. If your order was delivered over 30 days ago, we cannot assist with missing package inquiries. No exceptions.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please contact us immediately if your item is defective/damaged. We will require visual evidence of the garment in order to review the damage and try to find a solution. If your order was delivered over 30 days ago, we cannot assist with a damaged inquiry. No exceptions.
