Refund Policy

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for any items. We only exchange clothing items for a different size at the customers expense of shipping items back and a new shipment, and the item must be in unused condition in the wrapping with tags. All other items like home decor, are final sale. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products. Home decor is final sale, underwear is final sale, accessories are final sale. Anything that's original packaging must be ripped open instead of zipped open, upon delivery, are final sale. 

3. Refunds

No refunds are given unless the item arrives damaged, we only can take exchanges. Typically all items are final sale.

4. Late or Missing Refunds for Damaged Goods

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Lost in Transit Order

 If your order was lost in transit, which means there is no delivery scan, contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier to obtain a refund or so we can be reimbursed to offer a replacement. 

9. Stolen orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not get the item, we recommend to file a police report with your local police department for theft of mail. Nostalgia Novelty does not take responsibility for theft which is out of our control. Please make sure to have a safe delivery location.
